The planned main activities and deliverables are:

 

A) PREPARE AND INITIATE THE DEVELOPMENT WORK (DURING FIRST PROJECT YEAR 2016):

  1. Start-up management planning; Jan - Feb 2016
  2. First partner meeting, Feb 2016 in Copenhagen
  3. Provide baseline surveys, Feb - May 2016
  4. Plan the local strategies for 1-2 pilot works in each country, May - June 2016
  5. Second partner meeting, June 2016 in Vilnius
  6. Initiate the local pilot work, incl. local training courses, June - Dec 2016
  7. Disseminate the initial results, March - Dec 2016

 

B) IMPLEMENT AND COMPLETE THE PILOT WORK (DURING SECOND PROJECT YEAR, 2017):

  1. Third partner meeting, Jan 2017 in Minsk
  2. Implement the series of local pilot works, Jan - Sept 2017
  3. Fourth partner meeting, Aug 2017 in Bielsko-Biala
  4. Complete and evaluate the pilot work, Oct - Dec 2017
  5. Disseminate the activities and results, Jan - Dec 2017

 

C) TO DELIVER MULTILATERAL RESULTS (DURING THIRD PROJECT YEAR, 2018):

  1. Fifth partner meeting in Copenhagen, Feb 2018
  2. Publish Handbook on methodology, six languages, PDF-edition, Jan - May 2018
  3. Test curricula by 1-2 days regional training courses for culture boosters, Aug 2018
  4. Publish multilateral Curricula Compendium, six languages, PDF-editions, KJune - Sept 2018
  5. Complete five national 1-day conferences, Sept - Oct 2018
  6. Complete a Baltic Sea 1-day conference, Nov 2018 in Helsinki
  7. Sixth partner meeting, Nov 2018 in Helsinki
  8. Final dissemination, using web portal, news mails, social media, articles, presentations. 

Work package 6: Initiate local pilot work, June - Dec 2016

 

The overall aim is to prepare and initiate the cooperation with local voluntary culture associations and stakeholders to implement 1-2 local pilot works in each partner country.

 

The objectives are

  1. Distribute and announce local project prospects
  2. Visit and establish local project teams
  3. Develop network with local stakeholders
  4. Complete local training courses for culture boosters
  5. Initiate and support upstart of local pilot works
  6. Report initiated activities to local stakeholders and project teams
